Full Spectrum Construction began in 1998 with a request from a Highlands’ homeowner for built-in bookshelves. Word spread of owner Steve Thompson’s attention to detail and superior craftsmanship. Over time, Full Spectrum has grown to offer complete home renovations, restorations and additions. But one thing has never changed – careful attention to detail to provide the best results possible.
Professional Designations and Affiliations:
Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR)
The CGR is an exclusive professional designation to emphasize business management skills as the key to a professional remodeling operation. All Certified Graduate Remodelers subscribe to a Code of Ethics based on professional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS)
The National Association of Home Builders Remodelers (NAHB) in collaboration with the NAHB Research Center, NAHB 50+ Housing Council, and AARP developed the Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) program to address the growing number of residents that will soon require modifications to remain in their homes safely and independently.
Certified Green Professional (CGP)
The National Association of Home Builders’ Certified Green Professional™ designation recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes— without driving up the cost of construction and agree to follow the Certified Green Professional Code of Ethics. Note: A code of ethics is available for each.
